We do not own or operate all listed venues and cannot guarantee venue availability until a booking is confirmed.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only after:

• Space      availability is verified;
• Payment      is received (if applicable); and
• A      confirmation notice is sent to you.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide      accurate information;
• Use      venues lawfully and respectfully;
• Follow      venue rules and policies;
• Avoid      damaging property or disturbing others.

Users may be responsible for charges resulting from property damage or violations of venue rules.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Prices, fees, and availability may change prior to confirmation of a booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary based on the venue and booking circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Cancellations      more than 24 hours before the reservation start time may receive a full      refund.
• Cancellations      within 24 hours of the reservation start time may be non-refundable.

StudySpace24 reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudySpace24 is not liable for:

• Actions      of venue providers;
• Venue      closures or interruptions;
• Loss      of personal property;
• Indirect,      incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of StudySpace24 LLC unless otherwise indicated.
